Oswego is a research and development company that leverages an accomplished team of engineers to develop new technologies in the wireless space.

As the Managing Member of Oswego IP, Brian Gordaychik is responsible for engaging and providing engineers with research direction, filing and managing patent applications on Oswego's technology, implementing patent monetization strategies and negotiating license agreements. Prior to forming Oswego IP, Brian represented research organizations, patent monetization companies and others in the prosecution of patent applications surrounding wireless technology. Brian previously served as a Technologist at Rembrandt IP Management. He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Engineering from Villanova University and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science from Drexel University.

Kazuki Hayashi develops invention disclosures covering various innovative technologies including, but not limited to, Wi-Fi and cellular technologies, consumer electronics, digital cameras and computer/network architecture. With a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University, Kazuki brings expertise in software development, wireless communications and embedded systems, leveraging a diverse technical skill set to deliver high-quality results.

Robert Olesen has over 25 years of experience in international wireless standards and related technology development activities. He began his career as a graduate of New York University, then known as Polytechnic University, majoring in microwave and antenna propagation in 1988. His career included research collaboration with domestic and international universities such as New York University, Columbia University, and others. Bob has been active in wireless standards for over 20 years, he has led standardization efforts for 802.11a, n, ac, ah, ax ay, and 3GPP Release 3G, 4G, 5G, 6G, 3GPP NTN, CCSDS, and others. He has contributed to over 300 contributions in 802.11 and 3GPP, and he has led the development of MIMO, cellular, and satellite wireless technologies. He has authored over 25 journal papers in internationally recognized journals and conferences, and he is the inventor of over 150 patents on wireless and related technologies. He is an IEEE Life member.

Dr. Yaqub Raziq is recognized as an inventor with over 90 patents. He received numerous awards, including "Excellence in Scholarship & Research", from the President of AAMU, "Innovator of the year from New Jersey Hall of Fame", "Outstanding Engineer award”, from IEEE region-3, and “Employee of the Year award” from Huntsville Association of Technical Societies. He had held significant roles at Toshiba America Research, NIKSUN, and Tecvox, where he led impactful initiatives in 4G/LTE research. Dr. Yaqub contributed his IP to 3GPP 4G/LTE standards and also served as Chairman in esteemed standards organizations such as MWIF, 3GPP, IEEE, WiMAX, and OMA. In addition, his scholarly products appear in scientific literature. Dr. Yaqub holds a Ph.D in Mobile Communication Systems from Keio University.
